Eureka Hydrotherapy has been working with mums and their bumps and babies since 2002. While I work to ensure mums have a healthy pregnancy, maintaining their fitness, we are always delighted to hear that the classes offer so much more to mums to be.  I am always chuffed when mums get in touch to let me know what the aquanatal classes do for them. Here is just a small sample from over the last 15 years. If it sounds like your cup of tea, come along to a class!

I attended Aileen’s aquanatal classes during my first pregnancy and am attending again now during my second. Both times I have had PGP and the relief I feel during and after a class is amazing. It is so reassuring that Aileen is a Physio and can adapt all the exercises so as not to aggravate any pain you have. Being able to stretch and exercise while in water is such a benefit if you do suffer from any back/hip/pelvic pain.

I also found the breathing exercises practiced every week in the class really helped me during my first labour.  Above all it’s a tough, but fun, workout and it’s nice to meet other moms to be.

I would recommend the class to everyone but particularly those with back and/or pelvic pain.

 I am delighted that some friends recommended your aqua pregnancy class to me. As a new mum to be, I found the classes were a nice way of keeping up some level of fitness. I really found your teachings of pelvic floor and breathing for contractions useful also! The facilities are great & I never want to get out of that lovely warm pool. It’s a class I always enjoy thanks to your lovely style and encouragement. As a new mum to be, I liked that the class is way of meeting others in same situation and having chats with the girls weekly. Thanks again for everything and I’m looking forward to starting your baby massage classes in a few weeks with the new arrival!!
